These terms govern use of the Tiny Teams System website operated by Wizard of HCM Private Limited through the Tiny Teams System brand. The site explains a founder-led project that studies recurring operating problems in expertise-led businesses. It may share a free educational field guide after personal review and email verification. It does not currently sell a product or consulting service.
Free field guide
The guide is not an automatic entitlement. Pawan first reviews the operating problem you submit. He may approve it when it describes a genuine, recurring founder dependency involving ownership, decisions, handoffs, records or exceptions. If approved, you will receive an email-verification link, and the guide is sent after you confirm the address. A submission does not guarantee approval, a response or delivery. An approved private download link may expire and may limit the number of downloads. Requesting review does not require you to join the optional newsletter.
Educational content
The site's operating observations and examples are general educational material. They are not legal, tax, employment, cybersecurity or vendor-specific professional advice and do not guarantee a business result.
Your responsibility

Messages and availability
A submission does not create a consulting relationship or an obligation to respond or publish the question. Selecting the optional Field Notes checkbox is a separate request and requires a second confirmation. We may update, correct, withdraw or reorganise content and cannot guarantee uninterrupted site, email or download availability.
